MEET JENNIFER!  Jennifer has been in the animal care and veterinary industry for the past 15 years and has been a veterinary technician with Northwest Animal Hospital off and on during that time.  Her favorite part of working with animals has always been observing animal behavior and learning tactics to decrease fear and stress in pets and to help change undesirable behaviors.  This led her to become a Certified Professional Dog Trainer (CPDT-KA) through the Certification Council for Professional Dog Trainers.  She is delighted at each opportunity to help people with their pets – whether an owner is struggling with an unpleasant behavior or just needs guidance on basic obedience training.  She shares her home with two dogs (Gordon and Catherine) and one cat (Keeton).  In her spare time she enjoys painting, gardening, keeping chickens, exercising with her dogs, and playing with her kids.  Something that most people do not know about Jennifer is that she rode horses competitively for 15 years growing up!
